  3. 2Push west along the shore and hit Lakeside Rest Area.
  4. 3Clear Villa Lucia and Villa Lili on the north cluster.
  5. 4Grab the Suzan Eve keypad code at Groundskeepers Depot (golf course) if you don't have it this raid, then hit Villa Suzan Eve.
  6. 5Villa Gosia next. Bathroom blood trail is static — not a player. Phone by the stains (Lip Out).
  7. 6Continue south through Villa Adele and Villa Petra.
  8. 7Cut west across Villa Elera. Villa Elena garage (MS ElenaGar) is in this Whitewater cluster if you brought the key.
  9. 8Finish the loop at Villa Anna Jana / Sapphire Waterfalls.

  4. 3Sweep Whitewater Villa and Villa Erica — Elena's garage sits in this pocket.

What drops

  • Average extract is ~$18k including loose cash you pick up and the cash you lose on a death. That is the baseline, not a bad run.
  • Villas spawn jewellery (Turncoat), aged bottles (Gunny), and the occasional UAV station.
  • 1-slot necklaces and watches are the whole point of this loop — never fill the bag with junk first.
  • Midnight Sapphire Hotel to the west is a separate fight. Skip it unless you want PvP.

Operator notes

  • Low risk, medium reward. AI on the villas is light compared to the hotel / golf club. Don't get greedy and walk into the hotel.
  • Red arrows = walk in and loot. Green arrows = the way back to extract.
  • If the bag is already stacked with keepers, skip maybe-tier perfume and gold chains.
  • UAV control stations in Sapphire are always a keep, even at 2x2.

Suzan Eve keypad code

Code lives at the golf course Groundskeepers Depot office — not on the villa. Walk in, green folder on the window-side shelf to your right. Interact to read the code (it changes every raid, example was 799). Punch it into the keypad on Suzan Eve's front door. Third small villa from the north in the Whitewater row. Back red gate is the fast approach from Hotel 1.

Villa Gosia bathroom

Blood trail in the bathroom is STATIC world dressing — not a downed player, not a PvP scene. Don't waste time checking the map for a body. Door under the wall clock, right into the toilet. Phone sits next to the stains (Handshake Lip Out). Loot the rest of the villa as normal.

Villa Elena garage key (MS ElenaGar)

Opens Elena's garage at Whitewater Villas, GPS 173 165. Static spawn on a rock (MS ElenaGar Key Spawn) plus LAF / ground drops around Midnight Sapphire — loot bodies, Lakeside Villas runners are a common drop. Bring it on this loop. Garage has crates / a toolbox; worth the detour if the key is in your pocket.
